JUNE 15-27, 2008 *COST : $1650 + AIRFARE
Imagine eating freshly picked delicious fruit while sunning on a
beautiful Mediterranean beach after a morning yoga class. Imagine
hiking amongst wild plants and flowers in the mountains surrounding
your bungalow, or to ancient Lycian ruins through pine forests, and
learning yoga philosophy and nutrition over sumptuous organic meals.
The objective of the workshop will be the development of proficiency
in the eight limbs of yoga in an environment that supports all aspects
of yoga: asana training, nutrition, cleansing, rest, relaxation, and
laughter. There is no better place to develop one's practice than in a
focused workshop setting, and the village of CIRALI on the
Mediterranean Coast of Turkey is the ideal atmosphere for retreat from
our everyday lives for the purpose of expanding into yoga. With daily
classes and discussions, Arkady will lead participants of all levels
to a greater understanding of their bodies and minds.
