Anastasia has been teaching self-improvement workshops, journal writing, meditation dynamics and the Conscious Living workshops for over a decade.

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Anastasia has traveled extensively throughout her life. She has returned from five years living on the Island Of Crete, teaching and studying the Archeo-mythology of the new emerging archeology of the sacred sites. She has recently relocated to Colorado where she is establishing her Live Blood Cell Analysis and Conscious Living Counseling practice in the Boulder area. Prior to creating Living Inside Out Workshops (LIO), Anastasia had a consulting business in planning and community development, a special event and catering company, and has worked as federal, state and county liaison.

She has also conducted tours throughout Europe, especially in Greece since 1975. On these travels, she had opportunities to teach the 'It's Your Life - Live It Authentically' series. Through the LIO travel programs, she is currently conducting Conscious Experience and Sacred Journeys and lecturing on the re-emerging Divine Feminine.
